Aiming to capture a joyful sense of energy, Cara creates bright and cheerful acrylic and paper collage paintings. 

If you look closely you’ll see the paper collage featured in much of her art, adding unique elements of texture and detail. Collage papers are hand painted then individually torn and added to a painted canvas.

Inspired by gorgeous flowers, serene seascapes and even quirky chickens, Cara is a mixed media artist from the Comox Valley, Vancouver Island, Canada.
